Hi! This is Naoko.
In Okinawa, 22nd of each month is called "Mensore Okinawa Day." Mensore means "welcome to" in Okinawan language. Okinawa prefecture established the day to encourage businesses in Okinawa to better their service.
All the staff in Okinawa Tourism Support Center took a business manner training today to improve our service. It was a good opportunity to reaffirm what we can do to improve our service in order to increase customer satisfaction.
